Zen Meditation and Mindfulness for Wellbeing is a course that looks at stress, pain and anxiety along with traditional Zen meditation and mindfulness practices that help your whole wellbeing.
During the course we will be meditating, sharing experiences, discussing the meditations and committing to our own ongoing practice. The course runs for 8 weeks and during this time you will start to practice your meditation and mindfulness techniques at home and write a daily meditation diary. By the end of the course you will have a set of tools (your range of meditation and mindfulness techniques) to use whenever you feel things are getting too much. Regular practice will improve your whole wellbeing!
