Mindful Living Coaching

In a mindful living coaching session we will explore ways that you can bring mindfulness into your life and look at relaxation methods that can help you develop more self-care, self awareness and self-esteem. The aim is to empower you to take care of yourself and give you the chance to build a toolkit of helpful methods that you can use, as and when you need them. We will look at a range of techniques that may be useful for you, including….

These practices help you to reduce stress and allow you to feel better within. By reducing the effects of stress on the body, we can improve our health and calm our mind, helping us cope better with the challenges of life, boosting our confidence and our wellbeing.

Please note that I am not a trained life coach, therapist or counsellor, I am a teacher with skills that I can share to help bring out your internal wisdom, so that you can take better care of yourself.

Coaching vs Teaching

Whilst teaching is usually held in a group setting, with a range of skills offered, so that students can learn different ways to enhance their health and wellbeing.

Coaching is much more about the individual, the idea is that each of us have the answers with us, so a 1-1 coaching session helps someone find the solution within and to reach their full potential.

In a coaching session I will help you uncover the practices you feel you need the most and we will look at activities that will be particularly helpful and beneficial for you.
