Teaching a workshop using coaching skills
Teaching is a way to share a range of methods, so that students can learn different ways to enhance their health and wellbeing. Coaching is much more about discovering for yourself what works best for you and being encouraged to develop those helpful skills, so that you can live more mindfully.
In a group coaching session or Mindful Living workshop, you will be given some useful tools, along with handouts, creative ideas and ways for you to explore living more mindfully, so that you can start to develop more helpful habits for yourself.
Mindful Living Coaching
In a mindful living group coaching session I will help you uncover any beneficial methods that you are already using and encourage you to build on this to enhance your wellbeing. We will put together an action plan of steps you can take to bring more mindfulness and wellbeing into your life and look at ways to transform negative thinking patterns into more positive ways of being.
The aim is to empower you to take care of yourself and give you the chance to build a toolkit of helpful methods that you can use when you need them. This can help you develop more self-care, self awareness, confidence and self-esteem.
(Please note that I am not a life coach, therapist or counsellor, I am a mindfulness teacher with coaching skills that I can share to help bring out your internal wisdom, so that you can take better care of yourself.)
