The Mindful Sanctuary
Mindfulness helps is find a space within to pause, breathe and relax, we can create this space in our daily life, by making time for meditation, mindful walks or doing a mindful activity, such as yoga, drawing, journalling or learning a new skill.
I wish for everyone to find a place of sanctuary, a place to rest for a while and just be, so I have created a private Facebook group for you to gain inspiration, mindful reminders and some support along the way – please come and join in and find a moment to rest. (The Mindful Sanctuary)
