Enjoy a yoga class that is more than just physical activity – seeking to calm the mind and bring clarity and focus to our thoughts and feelings. Practice yoga postures along with mudras, pranayama and awareness techniques to benefit the entire being.

Zen Yoga combines Hatha Yoga with Zen practice, using mindfulness to increase your awareness of your body, mind and breath, along with gentle movements that allow the internal energy to flow. These gentle Zen inspired classes aim to leave you feeling calm, relaxed and connected.

Monday

  • Zen at Ten – 10am – 10.40am – at home via Google Meet

Zen movement (yoga, qigong or taiso) followed by a zen story helping you to release, relax and contemplate, allowing the body and mind the settle.

Wednesday

  • Zen yoga – 11am – 12pm – The Studio at Ryde Chiropractic

Zen Yoga is a mindful practice that helps us listen to our body, flow with the breath and connect with our internal Ki-energy for inner wellbeing. We work with the meridians of the body and practice asana’s for each season.

Friday

  • Gentle yoga and meditation – monthly 1pm – 2pm – The Studio at Ryde Chiropractic
Gentle yoga postures, hand mudras, pranayama – simple breathing methods, mindfulness and meditation to soothe your day and prepare you for the weekend.
