Zen Meditation and Mindfulness for Wellbeing
Thursday 10.30am – 12pm – 4 Feb – 24 Mar – 8 week course
This course takes a looks at stress, pain and anxiety along with traditional Zen meditations to help improve your whole wellbeing. You will discover more about mindfulness and how to approach your life with kindness and awareness, bringing these practices into your daily life.
Zen Meditation and Mindfulness for Insight
Thursday 6.30pm – 8pm – 4 Feb – 24 Mar – 8 week course
This course allows you to create or deepen your practice, learn more about Zen, energy and grounding. We will look at the stages of insight and moving meditations, so that we can take our practice into our everyday life. The meditations allow you to journey inwards to discover your true nature and gain personal insights allowing you to feel happier within yourself.
Classes are held at Ryde Chiropractic and Complementary Therapies, small class size of 6 people, early booking recommended.
