This year I launched my first ever ‘Mindful Living’ courses and it has been so wonderful to see the positive changes that these courses brought. In just 4 simple weeks I saw so much joy, as we released some of our negative thinking patterns, brought in some more positive habits and got more creative. From journals, to sketchpads to mini creations, to painting plant pots and filling them with items of happiness, to writing a kindness letter to ourselves, there was so many wonderful things that happened.

As we head into the winter months and the days darken, it seems so much harder to keep those positive thoughts going, so to help us all to bring in some winter light, I thought I would offer you some online sessions, so that you can stay at home, warm and cosy and begin to create those wonderful moments for yourself.

‘Zen Moments for Mindful Living’ will offer a short 30 minute practice to pause and be more mindful. Enjoy a little inspiration from a short story or poem, along with some time to meditate and contemplate, maybe a journal prompt or creative idea and some hints and tips for transforming our thoughts and bringing more positive moments into our day.

So why not start your day the mindful way, light a candle, make a cuppa and bring your notepad and pen for a zen moment. Afterwards you could stay in this lovely space and take some time to be creative in your own way and bring mindfulness into your day.

‘Zen Moments for Mindful Living’ will be on Zoom, Tuesday mornings 10am – 10.30am, for dates pop along to my Book a Class page. It is offered on a donation basis, to make it affordable to everyone.
