Practice methods of movement and meditation from the Rinzai Zen tradition to find your inner stillness, connect to the energy of the body, release and let go so that you can discover your true nature.

The half day retreat will contain Zazen (sitting meditation) practices, Kinhin (walking meditation), and mindful movement designed to get your energy flowing. It will be broken up into short practices to allow everything to flow and finish with mindful tea drinking and relaxing at the end.
