Sangha means community and in Buddhism it is one of the three jewels, where we take refuge in the Buddha, the Dharma (the teachings) and the Sangha (a community of like minded people practicing together.)
This summer we come together to reconnect with our body and mind through meditation and mindfulness practice and some very gentle movement to bring the energy of the body into balance.
Practicing together is a way to encourage us all to keep going, to find a space away from our busy lives to release, relax and just be. Let’s create our own little community where we can let go of daily struggles and unwind together.
