Join a one hour class or a one to one relaxation therapy session.

Yoga

Enjoy a yoga class that is more than just physical activity – seeking to calm the mind and bring clarity and focus to our thoughts and feelings. Practice yoga postures along with deep breathing and awareness techniques to benefit the entire being: body, mind and soul.

Meditation

Meditation is the act of focusing your attention on one thing at a time, helping you to stay in the present moment and develop complete awareness of any task, thought, emotion, object or sound.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness means paying attention, awareness, kindness and being as you are in the present moment. Accepting thoughts, sensations and emotions just as they are, not trying to change anything, avoid things or hold on to anything.

Reiki

Enjoy a hands-on healing treatment that will help you to relax, reduce stress and anxiety, release physical tension and assist the body’s natural healing process. Alternatively learn Reiki to heal yourself and others, be attuned to Reiki 1, Reiki 2 and Masters level.
