Meditation is the act of focusing your attention on one thing at a time, helping you to stay in the present moment and develop complete awareness of any task, thought, emotion, object or sound.

In Meditation you are relaxed but focused and aware of what you are doing right now. There are different methods such as breath control or candle gazing, however you can also be walking or listening to music and still be meditating. Whenever you act with awareness you are also meditating.

Meditation helps to slow down the breath, allowing you to feel calm, it reduces stress and anxiety and brings peace of mind.
