Zen movement (yoga, qigong or taiso) followed by a zen story helping you to release, relax and contemplate, allowing the body and mind the settle.


Mindful Zen Yoga is a gentle mindful practice that helps us listen to our body, flow with the breath and connect with our internal Ki-energy for inner wellbeing.
