Zen at Ten – 10am – 10.40am – online **

Zen movement, meditation, energy practices and story telling to help you release, relax and contemplate, allowing the body and mind the settle.

Tuesday

Explore, Create, Meditate – Tuesday 6 April, 4 May, 1 June 10am – 10.40am – online **

A workshop to explore our inner being and express that through drawing and writing, no creative experience necessary!

Wednesday

Zen yoga – 11am – 12pm – The Studio at Ryde Chiropractic (Currently online ** )

Zen Yoga is a mindful practice that helps us listen to our body, flow with the breath and connect with our internal Ki-energy for inner wellbeing. We work with the meridians of the body and practice asana’s for each season.

Friday

Mindful Yoga & Meditation – 1pm – 2pm – The Studio at Ryde Chiropractic (Currently online ** )

Gentle yoga postures, hand mudras, pranayama – simple breathing methods, mindfulness and meditation to soothe your day and prepare you for the weekend.

Sunday

Zen, Buddhist & Yogic Meditation – Sunday 25 April – 10.15am – 11.15am – online ** )

A unique combination of methods that compliment each other and give us the chance to explore our inner world. Together these methods help us discover an inner sense of stillness of healing and refuge. 

* Movement suitable for those wishing to sit in a chair
