A gentle class with guided meditation and Zen Yoga practice to help you tune inwards, connect with the energy of the body, flow with the seasons and improve your health and wellbeing.*

Zen yoga – 11am – 12pm – The Studio at Ryde Chiropractic

Zen Yoga is a mindful practice that helps us listen to our body, flow with the breath and connect with our internal Ki-energy for inner wellbeing. We work with the meridians of the body and practice asana’s for each season.


Zen mini retreat – 10.30am – 12pm – TBC

Zen practices for healing, wellbeing and insight. Practices include: Zazen (sitting meditation) Kinhin (walking meditation) Yogachara (union practice), Taiso , Doin or Hachi Danken (mindful movement). We focus on tuning inwards to find our true inner being and a deep sense of connection.
