Soulful Seeds is a place where I share words of encouragement, love, kindness, compassion and peace. Where I do my best to write from the heart, about how mindfulness can change how we think, feel and act. I write from the wonders and express what is deep within, so that I may help others find their own inner guide, listen to their heart and connect with the wonders in their world.

I write about nature and how we can live in harmony with the wildlife all around us. How we can not only grow the seeds of beauty within ourselves, but to connect with the natural world and offer it our love, compassion and kindness. To do what we can to nurture it, help it grow, improve biodiversity and build spaces where nature thrives.

I have created this little space for us to meet, contemplate and rest for a while. I hope that Soulful Seedlings will be a lovely soft and welcoming space for those of you who would like a moment to pause, relax and just be. A safe peaceful place to unwind where we can come together for support and encouragement in a lovely, quiet and gentle way.

This is where I share all my experience as a yoga teacher, mindful living coach, meditation teacher, lay buddhist and seeker of the ways of wellness for our body, mind and hearts.

I offer guided meditations, creative ideas, sparks of inspiration and offer ways to plant the seeds of kindness in your mind.

You can read some posts for free, join for a month or for a year and enjoy all the wonderful archives of offerings already in there waiting for you.
