Zen Yoga – Weekly Class

A mindful-based yoga practice with gentle movement for the seasons, soft meditation, calming breathing methods and connection to the meridians for energy flow.

Sacred Pause – Gentle Yoga Workshop

Enjoy a sacred pause with this deeply restful and gentle yoga workshop. Take your time with slow, mindful movement, calming breathing, and meditation and relaxation to help you feel peaceful and calm. Create a space to pause, rest and relax.

Buddhist Meditation – Weekly Class

Mindful meditation practices that help you look after your wellbeing. You will be guided through meditation and mindfulness practices to help you look after your body, mind and speech, so you can live with more calm, compassion and kindness.

Buddhist Meditation for Hanamatsuri

Friday 11am – 12pm 10 April in The Studio at Ryde Chiropractic

A chance to celebrate the flower festival – £10 or enjoy as part of the 6-week course.

Connect with others on the Buddhist and Mindful journey, come together and find balance through the three jewels of the Buddha, the Dharma and the Sangha and celebrate Buddha’s Birthday known in Japan as Hanamatsuri.

Mindful Wellness – Workshops

Workshops £10 – suitable for all

Pause, breathe and connect with mindfulness and breathing methods to bring you into the present moment. We will use the lovely indoor space as a place to rest for a while, but on nice days we may take our practice outdoors. Simple, practical and helpful mindfulness techniques that can enhance your wellbeing.
