Zen Yoga

Buddhist Meditation – The Path of Mindfulness

Mindful Meditation practices that help you look after your wellbeing. Explore guided meditations and mindfulness methods to see how you can bring this into your everyday life.

Mindful Wellness

Pause, breathe and connect with mindfulness and breathing methods to bring you into the present moment. We will use the lovely indoor space as a place to rest for a while, but on nice days we may take our practice outdoors so that we can connect with nature, take a gentle walk and feel more connected to our surroundings.

Mudras, Meditation & Relaxation

Connect with others on the Buddhist and Mindful journey, come together and find balance through the three jewels of the Buddha, the Dharma and the Sangha and celebrate Buddha’s enlightenment day known as Rohatsu.

Reiki Meditations and Relaxation

An opportunity to practise and recap Reiki meditations for self-healing, to take some time for self-care, to tune into the universal life-force energy and use this to heal, relax and be.
