As a teacher and coach, I can help you nurture the seeds of mindfulness so that you can grow beautiful flowers of awareness, positive thoughts, kindness and self-compassion.
What is Mindful Living?
Mindful living is a way of being that can transform the way you think, feel and act, allowing you to move from unhelpful thoughts and feelings to more positive, friendly and helpful ones.
One of the steps on the Buddhist ‘eight fold path’ is ‘right view’, when we see the world from the right view point, we can be guided towards thoughts and actions that fill us with love, peace and understanding.
Thich Nhat Hahn quote:
“A teacher can help us identify the seed of Right View that is already in our garden, and help us have the confidence to practice, to entrust that seed to the soil of our daily life. But we are the gardener. We have to learn how to water the wholesome seeds that are in us so they will bloom into flowers of Right View. The instrument for watering wholesome seeds is mindful living – mindful breathing, mindful walking, living each moment of our day in mindfulness.”
Mindful Living course
The Mindful Living course guides you through a step-by-step approach, offering you a chance to reflect on your needs, be mindful of the actions you would benefit from in your life and to start to create more positive habits. There are meditations, relaxation, affirmations, visualisations, journalling and creativity to help you tune in to your body’s innate wisdom and find within yourself the internal knowledge that instinctively knows what is best.

Mindful Living Coaching
In a coaching session you will be offered some helpful advice on building mindfulness into your day, to make friends with yourself, to bring more kindness and to enjoy living more mindfully.
I offer guidance through helping you discover the answers right there within you, using coaching skills to help you gain an understanding of yourself and develop new skills that leads you towards better health and wellbeing.
I share some useful methods and guide you to develop your own personal practice, so that you can make positive changes and create new habits. You are provided with guided meditations, tips and advice on getting started, making a plan, developing your practise, reflecting and exploring ways that work for you.
