A mindful journey

I have now been developing my personal practice for more than 24 years and I have found that all the techniques I offer have been a great source of support for me.

Zen yoga, Zen meditation and mindfulness along with relaxation & reiki methods have all helped me cope better during difficult times.

I have found that working with my body, mind, breath and ki – energy, has helped bring balance, calm and clarity to my life and this is what I would like to share with others
