A mindful journey

I have now been developing my personal practice for more than 22 years and I have found that all the techniques I offer have been a great source of support for me.

Zen Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness along with Reiki and Relaxation methods have all helped me cope better during difficult times.

I have found that working with my body, mind, breath and ki – energy, has helped bring balance, calm and clarity to my life and this is what I would like to share with others

Zen Yoga combines mindfulness, physical alignment and the flow of energy in the body. Using these three methods helps us become healthier and more at ease.

Reiki & 1-1 guidance

1-1 guidance for relaxation using mindfulness, yoga and Reiki – hands-on healing to help you to relax, release tension and help the body to heal.
