A mindful journey

I have now been developing my spiritual & meditation practice for more than 20 years and I have found that all the techniques I offer have been a great source of support for me. Reiki, Yoga, Relaxation, Meditation and Mindfulness have all helped me through some difficult times . I have found that working with my body, mind and soul together, has helped bring balance, calm and clarity to my life and this is what I would like to share with others
