Zen movement (yoga, qigong or taiso) followed by a zen story helping you to release, relax and contemplate, allowing the body and mind the settle.

A chance to connect with each other and ourselves, a time when we can reflect inwards and allow healing to flow so that we can find that sense of inner peace.

A Sunday morning class helping you to unwind and relax, yoga postures, breathing exercises, mudras, meditations and relaxation methods, to soothe and calm the body and mind.
