Learn a range of meditation and mindfulness methods to develop a deeper understanding of yourself on this 6-week course, 2 November – 7 December.

Tuesday 

  • Zen at Ten – 10am – 10.40am – via Zoom

Zen movement (yoga, qigong or taiso) followed by a zen story helping you to release, relax and contemplate, allowing the body and mind the settle.

Wednesday 

  • Mindful Zen yoga– 11am – 12pm – The Studio at Ryde Chiropractic

Mindful Zen Yoga is a gentle mindful practice that helps us listen to our body, flow with the breath and connect with our internal Ki-energy for inner wellbeing.

Friday 

  • Meditation & Mindfulness – 1pm – 2pm at The Studio at Ryde Chiropractic

Meditation, mindful movement and breathing techniques for calming, soothing and settling the body and mind

Sunday

  • Yoga and Relaxation – monthly 10.15am – 11.15am – at home via Google Meet (20 September, 18 October)
Yoga postures, breathing exercises (pranayama), mudras, meditations and relaxation methods, to soothe and calm the body and mind.In person classes
